In Events

The Center for Arkansas Farms and Food at the University of Arkansas is hosting several events open to anyone interested in local farms, and food. Many of the events are free, but some require purchasing tickets or registration. Northwest Arkansas farms are starting to “green up,” and the calendar is filling up with exciting events. A lot is going on in May and June, so below is a quick reference. The Open House at CAFF June 4 will showase its farmer training certificate programs and model farm, where students grow a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as their skills.
